      Probably EPA and labor violations. Things where you don’t want to be at the head of the list.

      Well, in “Child Maltreatment” the South doesn’t score too badly.
      Could be from lack of reporting – but they’re not the worst of the outliers.

    • Believe it or not, according to this data Mississippi has the highest rate of high school grads enrolling in college—78.80%(!)

    Funny how all the dang blue states is the “best” and all the god-fearin’ red states is supposedly the “worst”. How is this possibul?
